purpose

For many years people used the word Balkan in a derogatory way. It was said that Balkan people are economically backwards, spiteful, ill-disciplined, and untrustworthy. THEY WERE WRONG.

We are strong, trustworthy, determined, focused, motivated, goal oriented, intelligent, and educated. Together we will bring positive attention to the Balkans. A term better used to describe a geographical linguistic, or historical designation. Part of Europe filled with beauty, culture, and rich history.

Today is a new day! You can start fresh wipe the slate clean. Begin again. Today you can embrace kindness work for the common good. Practice compassion and listen with your whole heart. Offer hope, love well, go for it, aspire for more, and make a difference. Let’s be the change we all wish to see in the world.

Our Values

Every person, regardless of their race, ethnicity, gender, religion, age, economic status, or sexual orientation, has the right and responsibility to full potential in our society, the right to be treated with compassion, respect, and dignity, free from stigma and prejudice.

You are in control of your choices. You see no limits, only possibilities when it comes to your life, health, and career. Unless we promote community understanding, tolerance, and acceptance of people with mental health difficulties, people will continue to avoid speaking about mental health and avoid seeking help. The power is in your hands. Learning self-care and the importance of self-care is the first positive step.

You do not get caught up in the unrealistic mold of health based on social media. Physical and Mental health is essential to personal well-being and is fundamental to achieving a healthy, balanced, and productive life. You are part of a movement celebrating health diversity.

Treatment offers a powerful return on investment and treatment does work if used appropriately. You are a strong, fierce, inspiring, take-action, no-excuses person who values self and does not take mental or physical health for granted. You lead by example and inspire others.

Your success is yours to create. Success can be achieved through hard work, dedication and consistency. You are in control of your journey to success. Self-care is not just vacationing or physical grooming, it’s working on habits, mindset, and healing. It’s living consciously and with purpose.
